The Iowa Supreme Court today suspended the license of Des Moines criminal defense attorney Eric Parrish for 60-days for not properly accounting for client money placed in the firms trust account. According to KCCI, the court found Parrish took money from that account before earning it, and refused to return what he didn't use in representing them. Parrish had been warned about doing this at least 6 times before today's suspension.
