Police said one person died in an overnight fire in Grinnell. Police and fire fighters say a home at 1629 3rd Avenue was fully involved when they arrived just after 6 this morning. It took an hour to bring it under control, and the body was found during a search of the debris. KCCI reports authorities are working to identify the remains.
