A lawsuit says Governor Terry Branstad violated the Iowa Constitution when he vetoed parts of a bill that would have kept 36 unemployment offices open. The lawsuit was filed Wednesday by union leader Danny Homan and four Democratic leaders. Branstad's people call the lawsuit political posturing.
