KGAN TV is reporting that a member of the US Secret Service was arrested in Decorah and charged with OWI. Thirty-nine year old Daniel Valencia was apparently getting ready for the President's visit the other day, but was arrested last Saturday. The TV station reported that Valencia was part of the advance team for Barack Obama's campaign stop. Valencia was released from jail on Monday, just before Obama arrived.
