The Des Moines Area Regional Transit Authority is going to re-evaluate plans to discontinue the number 11. The bus takes riders to downtown Des Moines and the library and Jordan Creek Town Center in West Des Moines. It was slated to be discontinued in an earlier proposal, but West Des Moines City Manager Greg Sparks says enough people protested that the City Council will discuss the future of the route on Monday night, when members have a work session, after their regular meeting.
