A 3-year-old boy fell out a second story window in Des Moines Tuesday afternoon. Emergency officials said it happened just before 2 p.m. in the four thousand block of Easton Boulevard. Officials said Matthew Hilton got the window open, fell out onto the roof, then down to the ground. Matthew was conscious and crying when first responders took him to the hospital where he was checked out and the doctors said he'd be fine. So here's a tip: Lock your windows!
