Des Moines City Council's unanimously endorsed a plan to bring close to 2,000 Des Moines Area Community College students a week to a new facility at Southridge Mall on the city's southeast side. The new Southridge facility also would house the college’s Success Center, which offers high school equivalency degrees and English language learning programs.
