Polk County prosecutors have dropped all charges against Robin Brooks, an alleged bank robber and carjacker. He's been indicted on the same charges by a federal grand jury. Brooks will now have his trial in federal court starting October 3rd. According to the Des Moines Register, the 27-year old's alleged to have robbed a credit union, then pulled a woman from her van, and used it to strike a police car. He was wounded by officers.
