Bridgestone will get a loan and a grant since the Polk County Board of Supervisors approved it on Tuesday. Its a zero interest loan for 50 thousand dollars and a grant for 50 thousand dollars that will help with the company's 56 plus million dollar expansion. the board says the grant and loan are incentives that are part of an economic development package that the state should approve tomorrow. The expansion means that Bridgestone can buy new equipment for its current building.
