Governor Terry Branstad ordered U-S and Iowa flags to be flown at half staff today, in honor of Petty Officer Jon Tumilson. The U-S Navy Seal team member was killed when the helicopter he was riding in was shot down in Afghanistan. He was 35. Services are today in Rockford.
