Des Moines Police are stumped. Officers have been called three times to the 4800 block of Ingersoll Avenue, with residents hearing noises or seeing someone lurking in the neighborhood, this week. On Tuesday, a woman who had called police found that part of her window frame was pried off. But, police haven’t found any suspects yet.
