Warden Jim McKinney says paperwork containing the names and Social Security numbers of 23 guards and prison employees at Fort Dodge turned up in an old desk that was sitting in an inmate barbershop. A jail officer found the papers a few weeks ago, and McKinney says they were probably accessible to inmates for three or four months, before they were discovered. McKinney says he’s confident no inmate saw the papers, but there’s no way to be sure.
