If a girl is 13, you can't marry her, and if her mother punches you out, that should get the point across. That's what Des Moines Police happened when 48 year old Robert Harding tried to grab a 13 year old girl. She ran for her mother who came and punched Harding in the face. Holly Pullen said Harding looked at her and said quote -- "I want to marry your daughter." That's when Pullen said she hit the guy. Police said Harding also fought with the girl's father and a family friend and told police he wanted to have sex with the child. Harding was arrested on related charges.Holly Pullen
