Gov. Branstad says the state will be partnering with Google to help Iowa businesses create an online presence. Branstad says about 59% of Iowa's small businesses don't have websites. Google will offer a free and easy-to-build professional website, a free customized domain name and hosting for a year, a local business listing on Google Places, free tools, resources and training. After that, the businesses will have to pay hosting and domain fees themselves.
