A member of President Obama's Secret Service advance detail was arrested earlier this week for OWI in Decorah. According to KCCI 39-year old Daniel Valencia was arrested Saturday and released from jail Monday. A Service Spokesperson says the issue's been turned over to their Office of Professional Responsibility.
