If she stays with it for another five years, Des Moines Schools Superintendent Nancy Sebring could get a 200 thousand dollar bonus. Sebring's annual salary, according to the contract is just over 206 thousand dollars. She'd also get benefits for the five years if the board fires her before the five years is up.
