New Contract Incentive for Superintendent Approved.

The Superintendent of Des Moines Schools is going to get a big bonus, if she sticks around five more years. The Des Moines School Board voted to amend her contract, to reward Nancy Sebring for what they say is an outstanding performance. The District has had one of the highest student graduation rate increases and student achievement gains in 5-10 years. Sebring makes over 206-thousand dollars a year, but will receive 200-thousand dollars in incentives if she’s here in 2016.
