The debate about whether or not a prized Jackson Pollock painting at the University of Iowa would be sold, is over. Legislators said yesterday a consensus is unlikely since debate about the issue has become so emotional and divided. So they've scrapped any plans to discuss the issue any further. Instead, the legislature will focus on passing the budget.
