Urbandale police have issued an arrest warrant for 25 year old Jerry Espey. KCCI reports he's wanted for Attempted murder, robbery, and narcotics charges in the shooting of 21-year old Mario Herrera-Rodriguez. Herrerra-Rodriguez was dropped off at Broadlawns Medical Center with a gunshot February 17th. Police say Espey's linked with a gray, 1992 Oldsmobile 88 Royale.
