Parents of children who attend Samuelson elementary school are bewildered why a teacher was pulled out of class last Thursday and hasn't returned. In fact, 55-year old Pattie Fiderlick has been reassigned to another position in the district. Officials at the school are saying its a confidential matter, and no one around Fiderlick is commenting. Parents have said they unsuccessfully requested a meeting with school officials about what happened. A substitute teacher is filling in until a permanent replacement is found.
