Leaders from both political parties say Gov. Branstad's plan to hike the tax on casino's or the state's gasoline tax have little chance of being approved this year. During an appearance on Iowa Public Television's "Iowa Press," the chairmen of the senate and house ways and means committee's say neither plan has support, and the governor will have to find other ways to replace the money upping those taxes would have raised.
