Partnership Building Up for Auction

The 30-year-old Partnership Building at 700 Locust St. is being sold through an online auction that ends tomorrow. MidFirst Bank of Oklahoma City, acquired the building for $2.9 million at a sheriff's sale in October 2009. When built in 1981, the building cost about $13 million, or about $31.5 million in 2011 dollars. Hubbell Realty's been trying to sell the building at an asking price of $6.2 million since the bank took possession 16 months ago.
