Des Moines police are looking for a 17-year-old for a shooting last night in the 1100 block of 14th Place. KCCI reports 17-year Derek Carr's in stable condition today at Mercy Medical Center. A warrant's out for the arrest of 17-year old Sayvon Propps for attempted murder. Police believe Propps and Carr knew each other. Police say they don't know the motive for the shooting and the incident's under investigation.
