The West Des Moines School Board's got a list of things it wants in its' next school superintendent. The Des Moines Register says it includes a commitment to a student-first philosophy on all issues, experience in forming and executing strong fiscal policy, Inspires trust, has high levels of self-confidence and optimism, and models high standards of integrity and personal performance. The school board's accepting applications through March 17th, and will start interviewing candidates in April.
