A 20-year-old Harlan man's been charged with 2nd degree murder for the death of 39-year old Jay Casali. Police tell KCCI Colton Benson-Blaine and Casali had an altercation in a home in Harlan March 5th. Casali was taken to a hospital and treated, but he was found dead the next day. The State Medical Examiners office says the Injuries Benson-Blaine cause in the fight contributed to Casali's dearth.
