After public hearings and an online survey, DART knows what riders, non-riders, and local governments that pay for the service want from public transit over the next 25 years. The Des Moines Register reports people want more frequent service, and to more locations. DART's management's challenge is doing both without turning of current riders and making the service too expensive for governments to continue supporting.
