Home sales have gained a little steam in the area. The Des Moines Area Association of REALTORS says 626-homes were sold in April, up 10% from march. An Association spokesperson tells KCCI it's a sign that more buyers are coming into the market. The median sale price in April was $142,7-up almost $12-grand from March.
