Des Moines police are investigating the case of an angry woman tossing a cat from a balconly. Police say 50-year old Elizabeth Marlene Freeborn was arrested on charges of public intoxication, disorderly conduct, and simple assault. Freeborn allegedly yelled a neighbors and threw the cat at them. She claimed to have a gun, but didn't threaten anyone with one. Police haven't mentioned any injuries to the cat.
