37-year old Matthew Kellen's in the Polk County Jail. He was arrested by Altoona Police this morning after officers arriving at his home heard several gunshots. They took cover, and ordered anyone in the home to come out. Kellen was alone in the home. He was taken for a mental evaluation before heading to the jail. KCCI reports Kellen told police he was upset over a recent OWI arrest and a pending divorce.
