A Cedar Rapids woman's facing identity theft, theft, and fraud charges. Thew Johnson County Sheriff's office says 35-year old Rosa Ayala allegedly got medical care and prescriptions worth over $10,000 from the University Hospitals in Iowa City, using someone else's name. Ayala's being held on $30,000 bond, as well as for immigration officials.
