Former Warren County Attorney Bryan Tingle's expected to plead guilty to drug possession charges. He was arrested last week and charged after KCCI reports an undercover officer spotted him smoking something from a glass pipe while he was driving along Highway 65 near Carlisle. Tingle's asked to be sentenced immediately. His next court date is June 7th.
