Iowa officials have moved to revoke the license of a national adoption agency after a trail of botched matches and alleged scams. Iowa's Department of Human Services decided to revoke the license of Abby's One True Gift Inc., based in Waukee, on Monday , but the company has filed an appeal, meaning it can remain in business while the case is decided by an administrative law judge. The agency is one of the largest adoption agencies in Iowa.
