A Des Moines man was stabbed Sunday night after an argument at Birdland Marina. Police have charged John Thomas with assault with bodily injury after police say he stabbed Jack Daniels at 1900 Saylor Road. Police say Daniels got into an argument with a friend and Thomas told them both to shut up. Witnesses say there was a physical confrontation and Thomas pulled a knife and stabbed Daniels. He's in stable condition.
