A downtown Iowa City office building's been evacuated after a law firm got a piece of mail containing a white powdery substance.
The building's property manager tells KCCI an employee opened the envelope and called police. They ordered the evacuation of the Savings and Loan Building on the Pedestrian Mall as a precaution until they can evaluate the substance.
