A Polk County jury's continuing deliberations in the child endangerment trial of Jonas Neiderbach. The 22-year old's charged with 6 felonies because of serious injuries inflicted on his infant son Ethan in 2009. Doctors testifying for the state say the 6 week old suffered a brain stem injury, possibly caused by shaking, which cut off his air supply and causing permanent brain damage.
