Witnesses captured a burglary suspect and held him until Des Moines police arrived. The Register says officers were dispatched to a residence just after midnight Tuesday, and learned witnesses had chased the man, caught him about a block away and were holding him for police. 47-year-old Clarence Delmott is being held on burglary charge.
