$16.5M Hot Lotto Ticket Still not Turned

Time is running out for a would-be lucky person or people holding a Hot Lotto ticket. Iowa Lottery officials say the winning ticket, worth 16.5 million dollars, was bought at a QuikTrip concenience store in Des Moines and the drawing was held on last December 29. That means that whoever has that ticket will lose all the money if the ticket isn't turned in by 4 p.m. on December 29 of this year. All that money -- gone, forfieted, given back to the lottery so somebody else could win it. Now do you really want that? Okay, so Hot Lotto is played in the District of Columbia, Delaware, Idaho, Iowa, Kansas, Maine, Minnesota, Montana, New Hampshire, New Mexico, North Dakota, Oklahoma, South Dakota, Vermont and West Virginia. Do you really want somebody else to win it?
