New information in Iowa State Trooper Mark Toney's death: KCCI is reporting that investigators said that Toney was not on a call, but that witnesses reported seeing the flashing lights on his cruiser. Investigators say that when those lights are flashing, the dash cam is automatically activated. But, they say, there is no audio and no video from Toney's in car camera. Toney's visitation is today.
