Council Bluffs pedestrian bridge over the Missouri River to Nebraska's finally been reopened. KCCI reports the city closed the Bob Kerrey Pedestrian Bridge in early July, because the Missouri River was at a record flood level for weeks, but it's finally receded. The bridge was reopened on the Iowa Side over the weekend.
