Kelli Roth-DeBolt's in hot water, after police say she took the driver's license of an acquaintance and went shoplifting. Roth-DeBolt, who's from Granger, was caught by an off duty police officer at a Des Moines Walmart, where investigators say she'd shoplifted close to $700 in merchandise. The license theft was discovered after she'd been arrested. She's charged with theft and giving false information about her identity.
