A district judge has approved the foreclosure and public auction of the Keck City Center in downtown Des Moines. The order filed earlier this week ends developer Dab Stanbrough's effort to remain owner of the property The Des Moines Register reports Regions Bank started foreclosure in January of 2010, claiming Stanbrough had defaulted on a $5.5-million loan. The banks sold its' interest in the property to a Texas commercial real estate investment group.
