The jury's spoken, and found former Iowa Film Office Director Tom Wheeler guilty on only one of the 9-counts against him--misconduct in office. KCCI reports misconduct in office is a class D felony, with a penalty of up to five years in prison. Wheeler will be sentenced October 18th. There are three other people facing charges in the Film Office scandal.
