No one's saying much about Tuesday's resignation of Matthew Brock as Polk City's city manager. He took the job 134 days ago. According to the Ledger, Brock isn't talking, and his replacement, as well as the mayor and city attorney aren't saying much either. Patricia Jackson, City Clerk, and interim City Manager would only say she believes it was by mutual agreement.
