He's 33 now, and has been sentenced to 30 years for killing another man. Christopher Hyde of Council Bluffs pleaded guilty to the March 8 killing of 44 year old Robert Chapin the Third of Omaha, in Council Bluffs. The two got into an argument, which led to the shooting. The deal with prosecutors was that Hyde plead guilty to willful injury, intimidation with a weapon and assault while participating in a felony. He was given ten years for each count.
