Four of five people indicted by a federal grand jury in Des Moines yesterday will be in court for arraignments today. The indictment names 37 year old Jason Kibbee of Kellogg, 37 year old Lane Anderson of Altoona, 46 year old David Mable of Urbandale, 42 year old Shannon Flickinger of Earlham and 41 year old Paul Kramer of Granger, each facing charges related to mortgage fraud. Attorney General Tom Miller in a press release issued yesterday that this is exactly the type of crime the Iowa Mortgage Fraud Working Group is stopping. He commended everybody involved in busting the fraud ring.
