A central Iowa mom said potentially dangerous synthetic marijuana knock-offs are on shelves in Des Moines. She said her teen went into a local convenience store and bought incense. She said he smoked it, got high, and now law enforcement here, like in other states, is looking at synthetic marijuana since it can be sold over the counter like that.
