A Perry chiropractor's had his license suspended for 5-years after being convicted of assault. A patient filed a complaint in 2010, claiming that while examining her for a back injury, Daniel Duffy allegedly pulled up her shirt, and masturbated on her back. The woman's mother took her to police, who swapped her back, and they found sperm matching Duffy's DNA profile. He was convicted of assault and sentenced to probation and community service.
