Drink, chug-a-lug...apparently what lots of college students are doing. That from the number of arrests on the campuses of Iowa State University and the University of Iowa. KCCI reports that in the first half of the year, the arrests at the University of Iowa were up by 600 people. At Iowa State, its 493, and both of those numbers from 2010. The arrest figures were released by the state Board of Regents.
