There's a kid in trouble with just more than mom and dad. An eleven year old Waterloo boy allegedly started a fire that damaged a patrol car and then tried to take an officer's gun. The police report says it happened Thursday in Gates Park and the boy was arrested for second degree arson, and once they took him in, he ripped out a microphone in the cruiser and went for an officer's gun, but couldn't get from its holster. So now the juvenile is also charged with trying to disarm an officer. He's in juvie in Black Hawk County.
