Employee Allegedly Phones Bomb Threat In On Place of Employ

An employee of Tone’s Spices in Ankeny faces threat and theft charges after Polk County Dispatch got a call this morning of a bomb in the store. Police were able to track the location of the cell phone to the store. The owner of the phone was located and told officers it was missing. Police finally arrested 40-year old Desiree Dixon of Ames, who police tell the Des Moines Register, admitted making the call.
